Intuitive Eating & Yoga for Teens
Do you feel confused about what foods are healthy to eat? Are there foods you are afraid of eating? Do you want to improve your body image, feel more in control and feel great about yourself? If you said yes to any of these questions, then the Intuitive Eating and Yoga Workshop is for you! Each week, we will cover in depth a different topic around food, nutrition and yoga presented for the teen population. Open discussion and journaling will be incorporated in each class.
What will be covered: Each week we will discuss a different aspect of Intuitive Eating along with a teen geared yoga class. The final class will include a Cooking Class for participants to enjoy.
What should I bring?: Yoga mat, journal and pen, water bottle and an open mind to learn.
Early Bird Rate:
$250 if registered by Nov 30th, 2023
$280 if registered by Dec 1st, 2023 and after.

*Self Acceptance Themed Yoga Class
*Build a Positive Body Image of Self through movement
Week 3:
*Trust Themed Yoga Class
*Find Satisfaction with Eating & Learn your Personal Hunger & Fullness Cues
Week 4:
*Letting Go Themed Yoga Class
*How to deal with emotions and feelings without food
Week 5:
*Balance Themed Yoga Class
*Basic Gentle Nutrition Guidance
*We require a 6 person minimum to run this program*
*Parent/Guardian must sign and authorization in studio for your teen to take this program*
