Nutrition Counseling Policies:
What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment? We ask that you contact us (via email or phone) at least a 48 hour before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a being charged a no show fee for your appointment.
Can I reschedule my appointment? Yes! We understand life can be busy and unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please do so w/in 48 hours to avoid a no show fee (price of session). You can call or email to reschedule your appointment to a better time or day.
Can I schedule out multiple appointments in advance? Definitely! Setting up multiple appointments in advance can help to find a routine time that works for you.
When is payment due? Payment is due prior to each session. We are currently out of pocket and do not take insurance but you can submit a super bill to your insurance for reimbursement.
What if I miss my appointment? There is no refund for no show /no call appointments. Thanks for your understanding.
MYNT Kids Yoga Teacher Training Policies:
Cancellation Policy: If a student cancels within 2 weeks of start date of a training, no refunds or transfers are provided. If a student cancels or withdrawals with a written notice to myntyoga@gmail.com, prior to 2 weeks of start date, 25% will be retained from payment (75% is returned to student) + registration fee paid at time. No refunds within 2 weeks of start date.
Transfer Policy: A student can request to transfer to a future training, if a written request is sent to myntyoga@gmail.com prior to 2 weeks of a start date. A $50 registration/transfer fee will be added to payment. No transfers within 3 weeks of start date.
No show: If a student fails to show up to a training, no credit or transfer will be giving.
MYNT Yoga reserves the right to cancel a training due to inclement weather. A credit will be provided to any student registered.
